FRENCH ROAST - Popular traditional dark roast using beans from
South America or Central America. Robust yet smooth. Medium
body and acidity.
ITALIAN ROAST - full of flavor from spicy Central American beans
roasted in the traditional Italian style. Our darkest coffee. Medium
body and acidity.
VIENNA ROAST - Roasted between medium and French gives
Vienna roast a unique balance.
BLENDS
Mocha Java - A classic blend of Indonesian and Ethiopian/Yemen
coffees roasted light to bring out the naturally bright flavor of the
mocha beans. Medium body and full acidity.
Lake Austin blend - Light roast using beans from Central America,
South America and Africa. Sweet and nutty. Medium body and acidity.
House blend - Medium roast with Central American, South American
and Indonesian beans. Rich chocolate tones. Full body and medium
acidity.
Lou's blend - Light to medium roast with African, Central and
South American beans makes Lou&Mac185;s blend a sweet, unique coffee
that's the cat&Mac185;s pajamas.
Vecchi - This Italian Roast has Central and South American as well as
African and Indonesian beans. Ultra dark and silky smooth with a rich
dark roast flavor. Medium body and acidity.
Weisheit Der Alter - Light roast with Central American, African and
South American beans. b lemon/cherry like acidity, light to medium
body. Weisheit is powerfully flavorful yet still smooth and easy to drink.
Classico Del Ontono - This fall classic is a Vienna roast with Indonesian
and Central American beans. Hints of chocolate and spice come through in
this blend as it balances between dark and medium roast characteristics.

Red Sea blend - A blend of Ethiopian and Yemen Coffees, light roasted
with a pleasant acidity and medium body. Red Sea blend is easy to drink,

Luz Del Sol D'Oro - Vienna roast with South American, Central American

STORAGE TIPS:
Once you have had coffee at its peak freshness, nothing else will do.
Proper storage will ensure maximum freshness.
STORING YOUR FRESH COFFEE:
Roasted coffee is at its peak freshness for 7-10 days.
It is best to store your fresh coffee in a cool dry place, (such as a
pantry) in an airtight container.
Only freeze coffee if prolonged storage is necessary.
Do Not store coffee in your refrigerator for it will pick up off flavors.
QUALITY:
Mozart's roasts coffee 2-3 times per week.
Our whole bean coffees for sale are guaranteed to be less than a week old.
Mozart's coffees are subject to frequent flavor analysis to ensure
maximum quality.
